Hamza · Trainer & CEO

Iruneightbusinessesononesystem.

I built it for myself, because I needed it. Not as a product, not as a course. The workshop installs that same system on your business, in one day, in front of you.

The story

I built this for
my own businesses.

Operator, not a training company

I build businesses, and I train the people running them on the automations that actually move growth. Engineer first, and somehow always ended up in business — which is why the day gets spent building instead of talking about building.

None of those businesses were built to be a case study. They are just the work. Eight of them at once is more than one person can hold in their head, which is exactly why the system exists.

So I built it. One operating system that knows all eight, reads across the tools they run on, and does the repeat work while I am doing something else. It started as a folder of prompts and turned into the thing I open first every morning.

That is the only qualification I am claiming. I am not a trainer who learned this to teach it. I am an operator who got tired of doing the same work twice, and the workshop is that system being installed rather than described.

The promise

Hamza runs every room himself. The workshop is not a fixed course, and it is not a tour of one person's setup. Every room is sharper than the one before it, because the tools are moving that fast — what gets built with you this month is not what was built two months ago. You leave on the current version, and you leave knowing how to keep it current.

The argument

Why a workshop
and not an agency.

I could sell you a retainer instead. It would be worth more to me and less to you, and I would spend the next year protecting my own position rather than improving yours.

An agency rents you an outcome

You pay every month and something arrives every month. The day you stop paying, it stops arriving. You never owned the thing that produced it, so there is nothing left on your side when it ends.

A workshop installs the thing

We build it on your laptop, in your accounts, with your business loaded into it. When you go home it goes with you. No licence, no seat fee, nothing to keep paying me for.

The difference is who holds the keys

An agency has to keep you dependent, or it does not have a business. I would rather sell you one day and have you not need me after it. That only works if what you leave with actually runs.

Installed once, then it is yours.

Everything built on the day runs on your laptop and your own accounts. You can extend it, break it, rebuild it, or ignore me forever. That is the point.

What you walk out with

Straight up

What I won't do.
Written down so you can hold me to it.

No retainer

You pay for the day and that is the end of it. No monthly fee afterwards, and no upsell into one on the way out.

No lock-in

The system runs on your hardware, in your accounts, under your logins. Nothing in it is licensed from me and nothing switches off if we never speak again.

No reselling your data

What you load in on the day is your business. I do not keep a copy, I do not sell it, and I do not train anything on it.

No income promises

I will not tell you what this will earn you. That depends on your business and what you do after the day, not on me.

No third-party footage in ads

Every clip in my advertising is filmed by me or paid for by me. I do not lift other people's work to sell my own.

No pretending this has run more than it has

Melbourne is the first room under this brand. There is no testimonial wall on this site because there are no attendees yet. When there are, they will be real people with real names.

The ventures

Eight businesses.
Five of them named here.

This is what the system runs. One of the eight, Jarvis, is an operator rather than a service business. The other three are not named on this site.

Not named here. Same system.

Every prompt, agent and automation in the workshop is one I use in these businesses every day. If it does not survive contact with my own work, it does not go in the room.

The first room

Ten tickets,
and it hasn't run yet.

Melbourne9:00am to 4:00pmWed 2 Sep 2026

Wednesday 2 September 2026. Melbourne CBD. 10 tickets.

This is the first room under this brand. I am not going to dress that up. There are no attendee photos on this site, no testimonial wall, no logos of places I have never been.

What there is: one day, 10 tickets, the system I run my own businesses on, and a guarantee. If yours is not running by 4pm, you get your money back before you leave the room. The address goes out when you book.

After this one there are three more rooms: Melbourne again, then Brisbane, then Sydney. Australian owners are moving on this now, and the head start goes to whoever is in the first room.

Ten tickets in the room.
The first one is in Melbourne.

One day. You leave with the system running on your own laptop, or you get your money back before you walk out.
