The day

No. If you can install an app and follow along, you can do this. We build in plain English, step by step. The people who get the most out of it are operators who know their business well, not engineers.
A working AI operating system on your own laptop, with skills already loaded, your own tools connected, and your first agents running on a schedule. Plus every template and prompt we used, and the recordings.
Because I build with each of you. Ten is the number where I can get to every screen in the room and still finish the whole system in a day. It is not scarcity for its own sake, it is the limit of what one room can do properly.
You won't be left behind. Ten people means I get to your screen fast, and there is support in the room all day. Nobody leaves with a half-built system.

Part 02

Tools and cost

The system runs on Claude Max — about $155 AUD a month, paid directly to Anthropic. Have it live before the day so we don't spend the morning on sign-ups. Instructions arrive the moment you book.
Not to us. You keep paying Anthropic for Claude Max, the same as you would for any tool. There's no retainer, no licence, no subscription to us.
Over two hundred, including email, calendar, files, spreadsheets, Xero, Shopify, HubSpot, Slack, Notion and Stripe. On the day we connect the ones you actually run.
You do. The system, the prompts, the agents, the automations — all of it running on your laptop and your own accounts. Nothing is locked to us. Nothing to keep paying us for.

Part 03

Booking

One person, one full day, everything in the room: the whole six-module build, lunch, the templates and prompts, the recordings, and a 30-minute follow-up call in the fortnight after. The price you see is the price you pay.
Yes. Sydney runs on the Friday of the same week as Brisbane and the date is being locked now. Book your ticket and I confirm the date and address with it.
Tell us before the day and we'll move your ticket to another room at no extra cost. Send someone from your team in your place if that's easier.
If your system isn't running by the end of the day, full refund on the spot. No paperwork, no argument.
